1. GENERAL

The purpose of this document is to establish and maintain standards.
DVER does not discriminate students or clients on the basis of gender, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, civil status, age, disability or sexual orientation.

2. DVER AS A TEACHER

Teachers help students learn, but they also teach valuable life lessons by setting a positive example. As role models, teachers must follow a professional code of ethics. This ensures that students receive a fair, honest and uncompromising education. A professional code of ethics outlines teachers' main responsibilities to their students and defines their role in students' lives. Above all, teachers must demonstrate integrity, impartiality and ethical behavior in the (virtual) classroom.

Students Matter Most

Teachers must model strong character traits, such as perseverance, honesty, respect, lawfulness, patience, fairness, responsibility and unity. As a teacher, you must treat every student with kindness, equality and respect, without showing favoritism, prejudice or partiality. You must maintain confidentiality and never use relationships with students for personal gain.

Teachers must commit to the teaching profession. Your classroom should promote safety, security and acceptance, always avoiding any form of bullying, hostility, dishonesty, neglect or offensive conduct.

A teacher shall only teach that which has proven effective and not conduct or encourage students to conduct any research or go beyond what they learned.

The teacher does not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for physical or medical problems without the advice of a physician, either directly or indirectly. The intent of the teacher is only to offer information of a general nature to help you and others in your/their quest for better energy balance and well-being. In the event you use any of the information in the courses offered for yourself, which is your constitutional right, the Teacher assumes no responsibility for your actions.
